The D Litter kittens turned 3 weeks old today. They’ve had occasional excursions outside their cardboard box ‘nest’, but today the drawbridge was permanently lowered so Daphne and Dougal can come and go as they please.
And that’s what they’ve been doing, much to the consternation of their mum Calina, especially when the kittens disappear from her sight for a few minutes. But it’s all part of growing up, and Calina will soon get used to the idea.
In the photo above, Daphne snuggles up to Calina.

The kittens’ ears are also starting to stand up. In a few more days they will be extremely cute.
