Here’s that Buka basket again – one of our most popular cat toys!
Believe it or not, there are FOUR six-week-old kittens from the P Litter with their mum Hoku in each of these photos. The two black/brown tabbies are pretty hard to see.

Our cats love sunshine, of which we’ve had a little bit the past few days, coinciding with the rumoured start of spring.
They also love our Buka basket which, although it now is looking pretty rough, provides a range of interesting positions for a cat to try!
Ollie, pictured here with Hoku, is available for immediate adoption to a family with mild/no allergies. If you know someone who would like to meet him, please have them get in touch with us as soon as possible.

I thought you might like to see these pics of Gracie taken a couple of weeks ago. I remembered that you’d had photos of your girls on the clothes airer before and I just had to get a photo!
It didn’t really look at all comfortable… I just figured it must be a Siberian thing!
Yes, it seems to be a popular spot, for girls and boys! Continue reading
The four K Litter kittens turned one year old on 31 August. To mark the occasion, here’s a video from when they were just eleven weeks old.
This was a challenging litter in that the four kittens looked quite similar, although we could tell them apart after a while.
The kittens were named Katrina, Kiska, Ksenija (now called Lexi) and Kiko (the only male). Their parents were Grand Champion Cecilia (Cici) and Harley.
The delightful seal lynx point kitten Ollie is 17 weeks old and looking for his forever-home. He’s wonderfully affectionate, with us and with his mum Ksana as you can see in these photos.
The I Litter cats turned two years old on Friday the 25th of August, and Beth (originally Indigo) got a birthday “cake” made of kitty litter.
Glad she didn’t get closer to it until the candles were extinguished!
The amazing Beth (Wellington’s famous “cat on a leash”) now lives in Barcelona with her mum Helen.
See more on the Beth page.
Nikau is the new name of Niko, a male seal lynx point from our N Litter, born in mid April.
He lives with Maddie and her family in Auckland.
This photo was taken shortly after he arrived at his new home.
See more on the Nikau page.
Suki (formerly known as Mira from our M Litter) lives in Sydney, where she continues to entertain her family:
We are slowly discovering the many sides to beautiful Suki’s personality. For all intents and purposes she is our Suki but occasionally when she’s looking particularly adorable and cute, we call her Suki-lala. In contrast, her many hidden talents are slowly appearing, such as leaping onto tall objects (in a single bound) and running (faster than a speeding bullet) at the slight sign of a reflection on the floor or ceiling. Other talents include being able to contort her ample proportions, allowing her to fit into any space half her body size and ambushing us in a show of unparalleled stealthiness. For these moments she becomes ‘The Sukinator’!

The fourth and final kitten in the P Litter is a male black/brown mackerel tabby named Pingu (a popular suggestion, apparently the name of a cartoon penguin).
Pingu is one of two black/brown tabbies in this litter.
More photos on the Pingu page.
The third-born kitten in the P Litter is a female blue classic tabby, whom we have named Palinki.
Palinki is the only female in this litter.
More photos on the Palinki page. Kitten number 4 tomorrow!
