This photo probably needs a wee bit of explanation. Judee has a white plastic box in which she places each kitten for their daily weigh-in so they don’t jump off the scale.
But the kittens don’t necessarily want to get out of the box when the weighing is complete.
Gustav (Gus) demonstrates here the proper technique to anchor the box to the floor for as long as possible.
