‘Bailey’ was renamed ‘Stoli’ by his new family.
“Aria has a bed for her toys, and Stoli rather fancies it for himself. Often Aria will tuck him in with a blanket and toy rabbit too. He really puts up with whatever she does!”

Happy 3rd birthday to all the B litter kittens (cats!)
Stoli loves helium balloons. If they have just the right amount of flotation, he chases the string around as it drags on the floor. So a balloon is the perfect present for him. Followed by a salmon dinner!

June 2015:
We just wanted to let you know how wonderful Stoli has been with our newest family member, Aria. She is now 6 days old, and Stoli has taken up guard cat duty, camouflaged into the rug (!) and is very affectionate towards her and curious; yesterday he gave her a big sniff and then a little lick of her hair before curling up next to us on the couch. Hopefully they become best of friends.

We just thought you might like to see the latest photos of our beautiful boy in his fabulous winter coat. He is definitely darker than last year, and of course much bigger! His latest weigh in was just under 5kgs.
We thought he may have been growing up and becoming more independent, requiring less cuddles, but it turns out he was just less cuddly in the hot weather. Now winter has kicked in he’s back to sleeping under the duvet every night, and jumping on our laps demanding a warm place to sleep as soon as we sit down anywhere. He really is the most sweet natured and affectionate cat I’ve ever met.
Did you find a home for Farley? He is so beautiful! I wish we could have another one!!

Just thought you’d like to see Stoli behaving as though his coat isn’t warm enough for NZ winter! Our heat pump broke, and someone is rather a fan of the temporary heater!
Hope the kittens are well, they look gorgeous! Wish we could have another one!!

I thought you might like to see what I get up to, and how much I have grown. I am enormous! I have a big ruff developing, and am SO fluffy.
Every day I wake up having been snuggling in bed all night.

I eat breakfast, and then play in the bathroom, so I’m not on my own. I follow everyone, everywhere, all day long. I either run in and out the shower, jump in the sink, roll and skid on the mats, or destroy the toilet roll.

Then I go outside to play on the balcony or in the courtyard. As you can see, I enjoy gardening!

I have only been outside my enclosed areas on my harness and lead, in case I want to play with cars. I am told cars are not good toys. I am however excellent at catching spiders, flies and even the odd preying mantis! I try to catch the birds as they fly overhead, and there is a tui who comes and sits in the cabbage tree next to the balcony. I chirp at him, and swish my tail, but he is always out of my reach.
Then I will have a nap. Bug catching and sniffing flowers is tiring.
In the afternoon I might help with the laundry, or the decorating, I am fond of helping to paint.

When I’m good, I will sit on the stereo and meow encouragement, or just watch. When I’m bad, I dip my paws in the paint, or jump and try to catch the brushes. I’ve had a few baths because of this! I just want to be involved in EVERYTHING!
After my dinner I might watch some TV. My favourite shows are natural history ones. I love chasing birds and fish on the screen!
