We’ve just updated each of the kittens’ pages with new photos. You can click on the photos below to see more.

They’re getting pretty good at soccer with a ping pong ball, batting it to each other all over the dining room floor.

In the video below, Judee wields the Cat Dancer toy and the kittens try to pounce on it.

Siberian kittens playing with a basket, 1 May 2013

Our kittens love this basket from Solomon Islands. It has lots of openings for them to play with, and it’s easy for them to rock it from side to side.

In the photo, Coco, Crissa and Cleo ride in the basket, while Cosmo (the heavyweight of the litter) provides the motion.

By the way, we have heaps of new photos of the kittens on their individual pages.

But they all still like topping up with their mum Calina, who remains happy to nurse them.

We just received the following update from Stoli, the big, beautiful blue lynx point Siberian cat born at Seacliffe Siberians on 30 September:

23 April 2013

I thought you might like to see what I get up to, and how much I have grown. I am enormous! I have a big ruff developing, and am SO fluffy.

Every day I wake up having been snuggling in bed all night.

I eat breakfast, and then play in the bathroom, so I’m not on my own. I follow everyone, everywhere, all day long. I either run in and out the shower, jump in the sink, roll and skid on the mats, or destroy the toilet roll.

Shot this video a couple of days ago, shortly after we lowered the “drawbridge” so the kittens could wander from the nest within the nursery room.

They were all in a pretty relaxed state, although it’s getting kind of crowded when six kittens try to feed at once.

Crissa breaks away and walks towards the camera, followed by Cosmo and then Caci.

The kittens are two weeks old today. They are still living on their mother’s milk and have not left the nest, although that day isn’t far off.

The kittens are eight days old, and most have had their eyes open for several days. They’re hard to photograph, as they are either lying in a heap, or darting about too quickly to catch.

Calina’s C Litter kittens at 12 hours old. 24 March 2013

Calina began giving birth at 4.28am today. Over the next two hours she delivered six kittens: a shell cameo (our first in this colour!), a silver blue, a colourpoint and three tabbies.

The largest is the shell cameo, arriving at 124g.

This is Calina’s 3rd litter in New Zealand, so we are looking for names that start with C. Suggestions welcome!
